KANWAR ENTERPRISES PVT LTD are introduce ourselves as contractors in the field of Civil works - Commercial, Institutional, Residential & Industrial Buildings, comprising of Tall Structures, Road/Rail Cum Road, Heavy Foundation work of HVDC/GIS Switch Yards, Earthwork involving Deep excavation, Hard rock cutting, Controlled Blasting, Open Cast/Sand & underground Mining, Rock Bolting & Short Creting along with Land Development and Infrastructure jobs of small and large values, and Raw Water Reservoir, Thermal Power, ETP/STP, Ash Dyke & Tailing Dam works, having a track record of successful completion of works in the past Twenty Years.
Job Description:

1. He must be technically sound to lead a construction project and complete within time, 
2. He must ensure that all relevant goals are met. 
3. The Project Manager has the responsibility for all aspects of the project. 
4. He has to work closely with client, consultant and engineers on a project. 
5. He has to plan the construction process, this means producing a critical path and understanding the timing of each stage. 
6. Following each phase of the project its essential to ensuring that the project is completed on time. Any project will need resources from bricks and mortar to tools and basic amenities. it is the responsibility of the project manager to have an understanding of what these are and ensure they are available. 
7. The project manager will be responsible for developing a team and allocating tasks to relevant engineers & managers. It may means identifying suitable vendors who can complete the work. 
8. The important thing for the project manager is understanding at which stage of the process each trade will need to be required.
9. The project Manager, will be responsible for ensuring that tasks are delegated effectively an staff remain motivated to complete the project to a high standard.
