Job Description:

1. US startup and have a patent protected and innovative residential construction technology to address the housing for all initiative in India.
2. Looking for a dynamic, well spoken project manager to handle manufacturing plant needs as well as construction site needs for us. Understanding of construction project management, regulatory compliance in residential real estate as well as procurement of latest materials is essential. 
3. Manufacturing or Pre Fab technology exposure is a plus. Location of plant is Manesar and Office is in Gurgaon. Immediate Start. The candidate will be expected to work with local and international professionals so communications skills and excellent command on spoken english is essential.
