Job Description:

1. The position of Manager PAG Construction is aimed at providing customers customers in retail and project segments, technical support in :
2. Correct usage of rebar & related products and related awareness buildingExplaining differentiation of existing & new productsHandling product related complaints & feedback
3. Generate technical insight of product application 
4. To possess expertise to technically engage in both pre & post sale of various rebar product and solutions with the objective of influencing sale 
5. To carryout preliminary investigation (on-site) and collection of representative failure samples to determine the root cause of problem and trigger CAPA for long term resolution of problem. 
6. Expeditious settlement of customer complaint/ claims. Analyse LP customer claims & feedbacks related to product & service quality [why-why analysis] and presenting it to Senior management in monthly Quality Review meeting (presentation in MR meeting).0
7. To provide specific inputs to formulate TDC (Technical Delivery Condition) by generating: a) feasibility report, 
8. b) product acceptance criteria. Collection of competitor�s sample for analysis and highlighting positive & negative quality attributes between TSL & competitor�s material, thereby triggering improvement projects/ new product development plan. 
9. Participate in CST (customer service team) initiative. 
10. Regular communication with customer/ channel partners by conducting technical sessions, information sharing sessions etc (standalone as well as in collaboration with M&S) to enhance product promotion and increase market share. 
11. Educational qualifications BE or BTech or Equivalent in Civil or Structural Engineering Relevant experience Should have work experience in Engineering & Projects/ Civil construction. 
12. Hands on experience in RCC design, Construction supervision and Quality control are desired. 
13. Good communication (written and oral) skills to efficiently interact with internal and external customers are desirable.
