Job Description:

1. Shall coordinate / control the Logistics service provider at discharge port for smooth port handling, custom clearance, on ward transportation to site, unloading at site & following up for proper GRNs. 
2. Shall be Responsible for timely submission of correct documents & timely receipt of consignment on site with zero detention.
3. Assist in arranging the required documents for Insurance claims relevant to transport damage.
4. Coordination with Client for required interface during custom clearance
5. Day to day coordination with Logistics service provider & site manager.
6. Hands on experience in Custom clearance & dispute resolution.
7. Knowledge in HS code classification, INCO terms & custom clearance documentation.
8. Real time tracking & reporting of various consignments in different stages of Operations.
9. Preparation of weekly MIS for reporting to Logistics manager.
10. Bill certification for correctness of Logistics Service Provider.
11. Follow up with site for in time GRN Processing.
12. Graduate in any stream with experience in handling expediting of materials in a construction site.
