Job Description:

1. Develop site specific HSE Plans and programs based on Risk & regulatory requirement.
2. Construction staging including detailing the intersection layout and capacities for each and every construction stage; 
3. Identify all tasks and procedures associated with the work project or activity that have potential to cause injury or illness to personnel and damage to property or material. 
4. Include emergency evacuation procedures
5. Emergency and Incident Response Plans.
6. Develop site specific HSE Plans and programs based on Risk & regulatory requirement.
7. Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment and job safety analysis.
8. Conduct Safety Audit and reviews by Internal team & by External teams
9. Accident & Incident Analysis and planning for corrective action.
10. Implemented works permit system
11. Maintain safety standards on site as per the approved safety plan by the client
12. Unsafe behaviours or other safety-relevant observations on constructions sites.
