Job Description:
Project management and project co-ordination of Plant and Machinery on high rise projects
Setting up of workshops at sites & their management for repair,maintenance
and overhauling of plant and equipments.
Deployment &recruitment of staff for proper job execution.
Develop budget for mechanical functions at site and to monitor expenses on a monthly basis

A Mechanical Engineer with proven record having overall 15-20 years of experience in operations, maintenance and managerial of a wide range of Earth moving construction Equipment's, Heavy Vehicles,and Mobile plant machineries are successfully manages all functions within the PMV departments - Service Section concerned with the production, budget, cost, and distribution of fleet & services.
Strong people management and having excellent commercial approach to solving problems and developing business processes, with the ability to manage performance and motivate staff on an individual and team level.

Experience and knowledge of Erection of equipment in Steel plant, supervise activities at site, resource mobilisation and management, responsible for generation of cash flow, frequent co-ordination with client and other stakeholders.
