Job Description:

1. Should have knowledge of different systems in Material Handling Plant such as Car Dumper, Stackers cum reclaimers, Barge Loader, Substation etc. & commissioning requirements for the same. Should be able to plan strategies & formulate commissioning schedule to achieve project completion with available resources. Prepare update checklists for pre-commissioning and commissioning as per contract requirements
2. Should be able to understand and implement equipment preservation plan as per requirement from OEMs
3. Align with Clients work processes and governing guidelines for execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning Preservation
4. Should have knowledge of requirement of Commissioning spares for carrying out activities. Should prepare the commissioning spare schedule as per requirement.
5. Co-ordinate and ensure that pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up works are performed as per project schedule budget and in compliance with quality safety requirements Shared cross functionally
6. Understand the requirements for commissioning of Static & rotating equipment, Pipelines, Electrical & instrumentation works as per procedures from OEM & lead to carry out the activities at site
7. Develop and ensure safety conditions with respect to pre- commissioning, commissioning and start up activities at site
8. Facilitate flawless pre-commissioning, commissioning and project start up manage operation and maintenance as per requirements
9. Support Project Manager in all pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and plant operation maintenance Preservation related activities at site
10. Should have understanding of the O&M manuals & should be able to demonstrate the activities as per guidelines provided in the manuals
11. Execute and supervise dealings in accordance to commissioning guidelines and deadlines.
12. Assist and guide project staff in outlining commission responsibilities.
13. Promote company standards by ensuring accuracy of systems results.
14. Manage and update records and reports across different strata of the workforce.
15. Participate actively in diverse operational aspects of project commissioning.
16. Contribute views on designs, procurement and construction during management meetings.
17. Experience in developing and implementing detailed commissioning execution plans and schedules using modular fabrication and skid-built construction techniques Functional knowledge of pre-commissioning, turnover, commissioning, operations and maintenance technology 
18. Willingness and ability to travel on a short notice both internationally and domestically and to accept short and long term assignments. 
19. Demonstrated leadership skills necessary during pre-commissioning & commissioning phase to achieve business and project results.
