Job Description:

1. On-site supervision of all Civil work at project site
2. Preparation of periodic project progress report giving updates on budget, schedule (comparison between approved schedule / budget with likely schedule / budget with reasons for deviation and action plan to catch with the initial schedule / budget)
3. Updating project budget and schedule in project management software
4. Co-ordinating with the project planning and engineering team during construction phase
5. Reconciliation of free issued items to contractors and verification of the in-stalled quantities 
6. Co-ordinating with procurement team for timely receipt of material at site
7. Ensuring safety norms and other statutory provisions during construction phase (including that by the contractor)
8. Documentation of SOPs, FQPs, Reports
9. Initiating Geotech & Contour survey of the site, prepare site mobilization plan establish the I & S
10. Timely conduct PR testing, Conduct Signed off Punch Points and Handover of plant5. Critical Skills :
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Looking for candidates who are comfortable using local languages of Kerala, Gujarat & Delhi
12. Has good practical organisation skills, planning of work
13. Excellent negotiation skills for dealing with clients / customers
14. Ability to work and perform under stress situations
15. Must be well organized and disciplined in work
16. Pro-active approach
17. Minimum 5 Years Team management experience is mandatory (Team Size 10 to 30)
