1. Candidate should have project procurement experience.
2. Knowledge in working with Project Purchase department in construction industry
3. Knowledge of purchase procedures, supply chain, vendor management, and Negotiation skill. 
4. Should be able to negotiate prices with vendors.
5. Finalization of vendors / contractors for site procurement.
6. B.Tech (Civil Engineering.
7. Good Negotiation skills
8. Proficiency in Vendor Performance Ratings.
