Job Description:

1. Preparation of estimate based on concept design and drawing.
2. Preparation of single line budget & detailed budget based on master quantities
3. Updating the budget based on monthly developments of WO, PO and with master quantities pertaining to those activities for the projects.
4. Preparing Rate analysis, Zero cost budget using current market rate and actual site condition.
5. Cash flow for the project based on the Master Construction Program
6. Evaluating & short listing the vendors based on past experience 
7. Preparation of tender documents, calling tenders, and preparing the comparative statement
8. Finalizing the contractor for Civil, Services and other activities. 
9. Preparation of Work Order / Contract Agreement to the agency
10. Preparing estimates for customization (addition & alteration as per client requirement)
11. Reconciliation of materials
12. Certification Major Contractor bills and weekly bills (labour wages) 
13. Preparation of monthly report for management review
14. Preparation of handing over document to the Association
