1. Experience working in construction machinery domain 
2. Hands on experience in Engine Installation Programs for - construction machines 
3. Experience in working on construction machinery domain 
4. Experience in working on CatiaV5 Experience in working on mechanical design projects, New product development . 
5. Hands on experience on design calculations, understanding of CAE reports. 
6. Experience in design of sheetmetal, plastics. 
7. Understanding of engine periferal components & emission norms 
8. Experience in vehicle integrations & machine system design 
9. Project management and Team management skill.
