Job Description:

1. Responsible for testing of soil like FSI, GSA, MDD, CBR etc.
2. Testing of construction materials like Cement, Fly ash, Coarse and Fine Aggregate, Concrete Mix-Designs, Soil and Asphalt.
3. To maintain records of Lab equipment, Calibration reports, Incoming letters, MIR, MAS, Production reports 
4. Atterberg limits (Liquid limit, Plastic limit and Plasticity index), MDD, CBR, Moisture content and Field Dry Density test
5. Conductingsand equivalent, Flaky & Elongation test, Impact value, Crushing value, Specific gravity, Water Absorption, Gradation, Aggregate impact value, 10% fines value and Los-Angeles Abrasion Test.
6. Conducting cement testing, fineness modules, normal consistency, initial and final setting time, soundness test and comprehensive strength test.
