Job Description:

1. Having hands on experience in handling large NH Project, Bridges , Metro or Road Projects
2. Experience in QA/QC of all Civil works which include, Earth work, Excavation, Back filling, Formation, Subgrade, Blanketing, Ballast, WMM, BM/DBM, BC/AC 
3. Experience in preparation of various Design Mix proportions related to major & minor bridges, and Job Mix Formula for various Bituminous layers
4. Knowledge of calibration of Batching plants, Pug mills, WMM and Hot Mix Plant. Setting up of Laboratory and various tests of soil, aggregates, bitumen and construction raw materials including reinforcement steel.
5. Experience in QA / QC of construction of Minor and Major Bridges, Piling 
6. Pile testing , Flexible / Rigid Pavement and Rail Track works
7. Knowledge of Non Destructive Testing (NDT) of concrete structures
8. Maintaining of Quality records at site
9. Preparation of Project Quality Plan, Field Quality Plans (FQPs), Method Statements, Pouring Sequence, Check Lists and Formats for various activities, submission to Client and obtaining their approval
10. Knowledge of calibration of batching plants, setting up of Laboratory and various tests of Construction and Finishing materials
11. Hands on experience for various higher grade of concrete mix designs including HPC,SCC Knowledge of NDT of Concrete Structures
12. Maintaining Quality of construction works and Quality records at site
13. Mix Design of Concrete and Job Mix Formula for WMM & Bituminous Layers
