Job Description:

1. To cater with overall responsibilities of formwork profitability, planning, monitoring, costing, productivity, design, product management, development & process management across IC
2. Manage subcontract packages, scopes, procurement schedules and coordinate with head contract, progress claims, delay claims & external variations
3. Be proficient in all contractual matters and have the ability to communicate this knowledge in a practical and meaningful way to the project team
4. Provide outstanding client service and utilise expert communication and negotiation skills to foster the client relationship
5. Manage project expenditure, reviewing and processing all subcontractor claims and creditor invoices
6. Ensure safety and quality compliance on all projects
7. Train, mentor and coach contracts administrators and other staff in administration duties and systems
8. Possess excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
9. Develop new products & achieve technical leadership in the business
10. Manage Design Competency within the department
11. Monitor overall performance & ensure profitability across all projects in IC
12. Ensure training & development for the department
