Job Description:

1. To be responsible for all the Finishing works of the Building Elements and Construction Methodology adopted for the Project.
2. To assist the Project Engineer for civil finishing works as scheduled and in line with desired quality standards; as per GFC drawings
3. To ensure that finishing work is executed as per the approved drawings and in line with GFC drawing issued from time to time.
4. To maintain the speed of work as required by the management without compromising on quality, safety environmental issues and cost and time parameters.
5. To manage watch on working of all the technical / non-technical staff and get maximum output from them.
6. To establish balanced relation with contractors, solve their difficulties so as to achieve smooth functioning of the projects
7. To supervise testing of all electrical installation, lift installation and all finishing works.
8. To keep / maintain proper record of all permission, NOCs a set of all working drawings, centre plan, RCC details, Architect and Consultants site visit report, instructions, etc
9. To be physically present during the construction activities at site.
10. To check the construction (finishing) works for accuracy, dimensions and measurement, as per GFC drawings and required quality.
11. To point out discrepancies if any between statutory approved drawings and GFC drawings well in time before taking up the actual finishing works.
12. To ensure that contractor is carrying out works as per the pre-agreed construction plan using right skilled resources to deliver quality product.
13. To assist in Project Engineer in preparing the required reports, bar charts schedule, for periodical review analysis
14. To prepare MIS on monthly basis
15. To carry out any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
