Job Description:
1. To be responsible for overall progress and smooth completion of all Finishing activities.
2. To supervise, schedule, coordinate & execute various interior finishing work and other related services like A/c, Electricals and Plumbing, FF & FA, BMS, etc.
3. To coordinate with different agencies (consultants, vendor, electrical & interior contractors) for timely completion finishing works, Interiors, HVAC & Electrical. etc
4. To Coordinate with various vendors and agencies for timely delivery & Installation of Equipments
5. To coordinate with Architecture for timely receipts of GFC drawings & design changes.
6. To schedule / facilitate meetings with Contractor / Vendors / Consultants.
7. To ensure quality standards are maintained for all interior finishing work and materials received at Project site.
8. To Review progress of the project with Team Members & schedule jobsite visits.
9. To prepare of BOQ and set processes & guidelines as per standards for execution of project.
10. To create project development schedule & drive the progress of project by integrating all resources to keep the project on track.
11. To address / resolve project related issues & Handover of successful project to the store planning team
12. To verify bills / invoices of Contractors & Sub-contractors
13. To prepare / verify / check the finishing vendors RA bills including reconciliation for on timely delivery / issue of material.
14. To Lead & supervise a team to deliver error free drawing within specified timelines under the guidance of Intermediate or senior architect
15. To study and comprehend all drawings
16. To carry out any other tasks as assigned by the PH / CH from time to time
17. To ensure submission of MIS report on monthly basis.
Knowledge & Skills
1. Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Construction (Finishing) management with an eye for finishing details.
2. Knowledge of Architecture / Interior / finishing, etc., would be an added advantage.
3. Should have good knowledge about Project management
4. Should know the vendors in the market.
5. Hardworking, team player
6. A self starter with strategic and visionary abilities to think out-of-box and take appropriate initiatives for growth and development of business activities.
7. Ability to interact with and coordinate for various activities across departments, Contractors, vendors, etc
8. Senior level maturity with excellent man management skills in a team environment.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet timeline.
10. Well-versed with AutoCAD, MS Project, and Primavera.
11. Good Communication skills, coordination skills, good networking.
