Job Description :
1. Perpetual Inventory management
2. Coordination with SCM, Planning, QA/QC, Execution, Safety departments etc.
3. Preparing all reports and all other MIS
4. Reconciliation of materials issued to sub-contractors
5. Physical Stock Verification and Inventory audits, Reconciliation of all Fast Moving / Bulk items
6. To be conversant in maintaining complete accounts of stores vis--vis receipt, issue
7. Ensure least storage of item without hampering the essential activities.
8. Planning of:
stores layout, construction, racks, bins, storage,
proper safety and security of materials and stores
execution of all loading / unloading activities
Desired Profile 1. 6+ years of experience of medium / large projects
2. Majorly into Infrastructure Projects, Highways / Railways
3. Capable of controlling 4- 5 stores of materials (each managed by one Store Executive) independently
4. Capable of assisting Project Head Stores
5. Should possess sound knowledge of Stores Operations & Inventory planning
6. Should be conversant with all store related rules and SOPs
7. Should have good communicator skill both oral and written
8. Should have good working knowledge of Computer/Material Management module
9. Having handled RVNL/Railway Electrification/ contract would be an added advantage.
10. Majorly into Infrastructure Projects, Highways / Railways
11. Capable of assisting Package Head Stores
12. Should possess sound knowledge of Stores Operations & Inventory planning
13. Should have good communicator skill both oral and written
14. Should have good working knowledge of Computer
15. Having handled RVNL/Railway Electrification contract would be an added advantage.
Experience 6 to 15 Years
