Job Description:

1. Project Master Schedule
2. Assist in preparation of master program and schedule for all airport construction activities
3. Project Level 3 Schedules
4. Assist in preparation of Level 3 project schedules for airport construction works
5. Assist in preparation of work program, resource planning & allocation
6. Assist in preparation of cash flow and manpower histogram
7. Material Tracker
8. Assist in preparation of master list of material procurement & delivery tracker for all major projects
9. Track and Monitor airport construction works with respect to master schedule and provide necessary inputs in terms of catch up plans to the Head Planning & CDO
10. Prepare and implement weekly and monthly look ahead program with respect to master program milestones.
11. Prepare detailed schedule and ensure implementation of the same. Coordinate with contractors (for each work package) for completion of daily targets, resource deployment and any other related issues hampering the progress.
12. Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise CDO through Head Planning
13. Prepare planned progress and actual progress curves and report to the CDO through Head Planning
14. Identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery as well as critical activities
15. Monitor and update the Production Rates.
16. Record work progress and take progress pictures.
17. Provide necessary data (time, production rates, Estimates to Complete) to project team
18. Update the material tracker and circulate to the stakeholders for necessary action
