Job Description:

1. Heat Load calculation and equipment selection.
2. HVAC Requisition
3. Technical queries on vendor offers and technical bid evaluation
4. Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and Scope Matrix.
5. Duct line or Airflow drawing or Schematic.
6. Preliminary equipment layout.
7. Internal to organization:
8. Interface with other functional Discipline (FDs).
9. Prepare internal deliverable (electrical and civil load list etc.)
10. Prime Responsibilities 
11. Preparation of specification.
12. Preparation of MR, Scope matrix
13. Technical queries and BID evaluation on Vendor offers.
14. Interface with other discipline (FDs).
15. Issue of internal deliverable (electrical and civil load list etc.)
16. Key competencies ? Functional Need to Have:
17. Knowledge of HVAC Load Estimation (HAP software)
18. Knowledge on Duct or piping design.
19. Awareness about international codes like ASHARE, BS etc.
20. Basic knowledge of HVAC or refrigeration cycle system.
21. Exposure of working in HVAC system of refineries and petrochemical project
22. Site and commissioning exposure.
