Job Description:

1. Experience in retail and hospitality medium to large projects.
2. Experience in ME (preferred).
3. Experience in delivering projects in BIM and relevant discipline software.
4. Receives instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features, and possible solutions
5. Should be knowledgeable in building design services, associated regulations and technical standards.
6. Capable of working on as own initiative, as an overall responsibility and accountability for assigned work.
7. Effective communication skills.
8. Good attention to details.
9. Must be a team player and possess strong interpersonal skills.
10. Must be able to make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro-active way
11. Confident, with the ability to work either independently or as part of a team
12. Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
13. Maintains affiliation with professional societies to keep abreast of current technologies.
14. Accountability for assigned work
15. Accuracy & precision of work.
16. 2+ years of experience on working on Projects in design of High Rise Building projects, Industrial and Infrastructure Projects.
17. Should have knowledge of American/European Codes.
18. Experience of design in the residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors, using latest design methodology.
19. Hands on experience in relevant software. Experience in Revit, Navisworks, Excel, Power Point and Word etc To apply via Company Website
