Job Description:
Majorily responsible for Railway Project (Apply only railway projects experience candidates)
Responsible for Track works(Formation, alignments & etc. )and proper planning of the railways projects & well skilled in technical work (civil engineering)

Responsible for Track works(Formation, alignments & etc. )and proper planning of the railways projects & well skilled in technical work (civil engineering)
Railway Civil construction project
1. Monitoring of Project Progress:
a) To obtain the necessary information & data to understand the detailed project progress from stakes holders
b) To compare & analyze the project progress between plan and actual
c) To propose the necessary countermeasure to senior persons to solve the problem
d) To prepare & maintain the open & close item lists and to chase the status on open items
2. Interface/Coordination with Stakes Holders:
a) To participate to the meeting regularly and irregularly held with stakes holder(s)
b) To coordinate/set up the meeting with stakes holder(s)
c) To obtain the necessary information from stakes holders and others.
d) To report the meeting result to senior persons
3. Support to Senior Persons for Correspondences:
a) To obtain all related correspondences with stakes holders
b) To review & understand all related correspondences with stakes holders
c) To report the essence of correspondences including, but not limited to, critical issues and urgent issues to senior persons
d) To draft the letter/correspondences under instruction from senior persons
4. Others:
a) To visit work sites and related locations, if required
b) To prepare the necessary documents, which are required for internal purpose
c) Any other tasks which are required time to time
