Requirement for Accounts Officer - Construction Project | HCC | 4 - 9 Years | India

With an engineering heritage of nearly 100 years, HCC has executed a majority of India's landmark infrastructure projects, having constructed 25% of India's Hydel Power generation and over 50% of India's Nuclear Power generation capacities, over 3,300 lane km of Expressways and Highways, more than 200 km of complex Tunneling and over 324 Bridges.

Job Description:

1. Candidate must have site accounting experience at different Construction / Infrastructure projects.
2. Cash & Bank operation both receipt & payment to sub-cont., supplier. & others in SAP module.
3. Labour payment, Temporary staff payment at site and subcontractors invoicing 
4. Maintaining all books of accounts like, cash book, ledger , voucher both cash and bank on daily basis in SAP module
5. Preparation fund utilization statements monthly
6. Certification and preparation of subcontractor bill both Labour supply bill and Measurement bill. 
7. Checking and Verifying Subcontractor RA bill month wise.
8. Preparation of service providers bill in SAP. 
9. Preparation in subcontractor bill in SAP, PRW billing every month
10. Preparation Journal/Purchase Journal, Preparation Misc. MRN in SAP
11. Candidates who have thorough knowledge of Project Site Accounts Management with good communication skills.
12. Preferable with experience In Construction Companies.
