Job Description:

1. Responsible for screening, testing & developing "disruptive" ideas in water filtration and purification solutions.
2. Identifies & develops creative, actionable & cost-effective solutions across the project execution, service & delivery. 
3. Identify issues, and facilitate problem resolution and issue escalation. 
4. Actively Collaborate cross-divisionally / cross-functionally to gain critical information and support.
5. Implements change management processes.
6. Identifies technical & operational risks related to the project & proactively highlights to the Senior Management for action
7. Guide team in preparing basic & detail engineering design packages for the scope of WTP/ETP in green & brown field projects.
8. Should have hands of experience in handling & managing WTP/ETP projects on turnkey basis.
9. Support in delivering engineering deliverables like PFD, P&ID, Mass Balance, Energy Balance, Data-sheets, BOQ, Equipment List, Pump Hydraulics & Line Sizing calculations.
10. Defining process design data for equipment selection, safety devices & instruments according to functional & process requirement of plants.
11. Effective communication and co-ordination skills to manage vendors, site contractors and other stake holders.
12. Process design & engineering aspects in WTP & ETP.
13. Equipment sizing & process calculations.
14. Developing technical specifications and tender packages.
15. Leadership of & participation in technology development from ideation to commissioning of the solution. 
16. Project scoping & its management.
17. Stake holder management
