Job Description:

1. Formulation of master Construction Program
2. Daily, weekly & Monthly programmes
3. Resource Planning
4. Material Procurement Plans
5. Technical support to field construction
6. Progress Reports collection,review and analysis
7. Co-ordination with purchase Engineer
8. Review of purchase orders for site purchases
9. Co-ordination with Clients for bought out items
10. Overseeing Quantity surveying
11. Client Billing
12. Overseeing Billing extra items
13. Liaison with clients & consultants
14. Progress Monitoring
15. Contract Monitoring
16. Vendor Development
17. Follow-up for payments
18. Bill certification follow-up
19. MIS & Performance Reports
20. Reconciliation of Construction Materials
21. Costing 
22. To ensure the implementation of planning procedure and SAP systems.
23. Should be B.E./B.Tech/ with 5 to 12 yrs of exp.and NICMAR-PGP ACM
24. Should have experience in Planning from reputed civil construction companies.
25. Should have experience in Planning function from buildings / commercial / IT Parks / Residential projects.
26. Should have experience of working from Contractor side
27. Good in written and oral communication.
