Requirement for Turbo Megha Airways Pvt Ltd is a scheduled regional carrier (South) and operates under the brand name Trujet. We have a fleet of three ATR-72 500 aircrafts (72 seats) and are in the process to engage for more aircraft.

Job Description
1. Publishing of Daily/Weekly Roster by maximum utilization of crews with fair distribution of workload and inform any changes to the crew members (Cockpit and Cabin).
2. Liaising with the relevant dept's.
3. Ensuring all crew members are rostered within the Flight Duty Time Limitations (FDTL).
4. Allocation of Annual Leave and Block Off (for Expat Pilot's) in consultation with COO by considering required daily operations.
5. Capable to provide feasibility and involved crew cost information with the planning of new routes, as & when required.
6. Generate Monthly flying hour report and informing the HR dept for calculation of Overtime if any.
7. Monitoring of expiries of trainings and licences and informing the training department about the same.
8. Coordinating with transport dept for the crew pickup and drops.
9. Generation of crew utilization report with reason for Over/Under Utilization.
10. Liaising with DGCA coordinator in Delhi for expat pilot's FATA.
11. Liaising with Security dept for the TAEP's.
12. Planning for training flights (FAM, SLF, Route Checks, recency checks, Command Upgrades etc) in consultation with Training Manager and COO.
13. Scheduling Observation flights for the ab-initio pilot's.
14. Scheduling of FAM flight's for the ab-initio pilot's.
15. Arrangment of crew, in case of last min report sick or on board injury to the crew, etc.
