Job Description:

1. To Manage Project QA & QC Process, Inspection and Testing of Construction works of Goa airport. Ensure final products are in line with Employer’s Requirement and Comply to Contract Terms and codal standards and specifications. Implementation ISO Management System, Audits & Compliance.
2. Responsible for providing inputs in developing the Quality Assurance & Quality control Plan (QAP) and ensure role out and implementation,
3. Set up Project QC laboratory in coordination with the EPC contractor as per the QA /QC plan for testing of Structural Concrete / PQC and Bituminous Concrete, and soil testing.
4. Develop mix design for all concrete works (grades) airfield pavement works, road pavements, and precast members. Also develop mix designs for all bituminous works including Wet Mix Macadam and Granular Sub bases for all road works.
5. Develop process / SLA on quality control for precast members at yard, transit and installation.
6. Inspection & Testing Plan (ITP) Construction Methodology and Procedure Checklists.
7. To conduct testing of all materials as per technical codes & procedures and daily site inspections
8. Coordinate with 3rd party testing agencies, universities (IIT /BITs/Other reputed University Engg Colleges etc) for special inspections and testing
