Job Description:

1. To Maintain the serviceability & availability of systems and utilities

2. Execution of Opex and Capex as mentioned in Annual Operating Plan

3. Spare Parts and Inventory Management

4. Contract Management, Vendor Billing

5. Develop robust SLA monitoring process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

6. Special/Initiatives – Participate in business excellence programs in the areas of process excellence, cost reduction, energy savings initiatives, implementation of 5’s’, audits and implementation of audit points

7. Monitor the operational compliances which are governed either by OMDA or by ICAO and DGCA, also security related compliances by BCAS.

8. Training of contractors (EnMS, ASQ,) and DIAL staff on various Procedures
