Requirement for Kunal structure (India) Pvt. Ltd carries out the work of Civil engineering. We have 'AA' Class Registration in various categories of Buildings, Road, Dam, Bridge, irrigation etc.. Presently company has more than 50 plus projects in Building, Roads, irrigation & Bridge construction Projects in all pans of India.

Job Description:

1) Studying and evaluating the techno-commercial aspects of the project for tendering and bidding and taking care of all important tender conditions and their cost implication on the project.

2) Raising Pre-bid queries and follow-ups of the same, Market survey, Collection of local rates, visiting Sites all over India.

3) To make market surveys and site surveys for tendering and bidding and preparing comprehensive site visit reports, tender feasibility, risk evaluation, bid preparation, bid submission.

4) Knowledge of tender of contract documents and technical Specifications.

5) Keeping track of tender results.

6) Prepare and Coordinate proper bid submission as per tender requirement with preparation of Tender Documents.(good hand in MS Office and Excel)

7) Registration / renewals in various Government Departments / etender portals.

8) Maintain and update documentation, Tender MIS, check prequalification documents, Vendor database etc.

9) Good communication skills, presentation skills and good working speed in MS Excel/Word.
