1. MBA in HR, SAP-HCM Certification
2. To support & resolve PA, OM, Esep, Lateral Confirmation Module and gradually other module L1 Tickets resolved within SLA Period
3. To train & Support team members & HR users for training & hands on guidance on SAP
4. To prepare reports & send to HR users as and when needed
5. Competencies :
6. To identify and diagnose key issues
7. Seek relevant information / draw accurate conclusions/inferences in order to find the appropriate solution
