Job Description:

1. Preparation of QC Manual, Format and other QA/QC reports, MIS for Civil & Structural works.
2. Preparation, Review & Approval of Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) for Civil QA/QC activities.
3. Preparation of Civil Quality Procedures/Method Statements.
4. Internal Auditor for QMS.
5. Familiar with Quality Control, designing of mix for different grades of concrete 
6. Understanding about the Quality Concepts, Soil Testing, Sampling & Material Testing as per standards.
7. Expertise in testing of various Construction Materials in Laboratory 
8. Analysing quality of Civil works at site before, During & After completion of Works.
9. Knowledge about Bar Bending Schedule, pour cards and NDT methods being applied to evaluate Civil Works. 
10. Good communication & Liaisioning Skills. 
11. Ability to monitor the functioning of Batching plants , to minimize rejection and production of consistent quality concrete
12. Knowledge of Temperature controlled Concreting.
13. Knowledge of Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection Checks.
