Job Description:

1. Role will include a full time position in SPTS and its associated Projects. You will be implementing BIM technology to assist in the design, construction and coordination process. A degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering as well as possessing strong interpersonal skills,

4. BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows
5. and project set up
6. Technical management of project BIM data sets
7. Development of parametric families
8. Liaise with Design Systems team to ensure changes in procedure and
9. standards are effectively communicated to project teams
10. Manage and maintain project content and source additional content for project
11. Teams
12. Helping to technically deliver BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM
13. coordination
14. Provide technical support for BIM enabling software applications to the project
15. team
16. Provide one-to-one mentoring on 'Best Practice' workflows to project teams as
17. required
18. Deliver project team mentoring in BIM Software enabling Applications
19. Prepare project specific training documentation and project BIM execution
20. plans
21. Review 3D Models from consultants and contractors
22. Manage BIM team under specialist trade
23. Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using NavisWorks Manage
24. Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit
25. Preparation of sheets (shop drawings) from model
26. Hold weekly coordination meetings with project team members
27. Reviewing models against design drawings
28. Manage / Update BIM Project Documents
29. 3D Model Quantity Extraction / Verification
30. 4D Scheduling / Simulation using Autodesk NavisWorks
31. To contribute or otherwise assist as required
32. Basic knowledge about BIM standards and protocols
33. Raise RFIs and maintain RFI log
