Job Description: 

1. Incumbent will be responsible for strategic planning and execution of project, meeting the deliverables in terms of revenues, margins, timeliness, quality, safety.
2. Responsible for organizing All activities connected with civil execution as per the scope of the project/section.
3. Prepare project plan, work breakdown structure, overall and detailed schedule, progress reports and presentations during proposal and execution stages
4. Develop and review cost estimates and projections / establishing and implementing the Project Plan / Establishing and managing project team interfaces.
5. To monitor, identify delays, critical paths and areas of concern and provide corrective actions to achieve contract milestone dates
6. Ensuring timely MIS reporting, billing and collection.
7. Resolving technical, commercial issues of the projects ensuring the cordial relationship with clients, consultants and other partners of the business.
8. Responsible for identifying variations in the contracts and filing timely claims for such extra works.
9. Constructability review, handling critical aspects of material delivery and contractual claims.
10. Monitor effective utilization of company resources deployed at site and identify the gaps of potential risks.
11. Providing leadership and motivation to the team, developing manpower for the project requirement.
12. Prepare mitigation plan for projects in consultation with project Director / Cluster Head / BU Head.

Desired Profile 

1. 3-15 years of experience in Project Management and site execution. 
2. Majorly into Infrastructure Projects- Roads, Highway/ Structure/ Bridges.
3. Should possess extensive knowledge of project execution/methodology.
4. Good communicator both oral and written
5. Competent in financial and contractual matters
6. General management and leadership skills.
7. Education Diploma/ B. Tech / B.E. Specialization in Civil, PG - M. Tech Construction Management, Civil, Structures etc.
