Job description for Stores-In-Charge/ Stores Assistant(Project Site Location)Experience : 10 years to 20 years
Receipt of incoming materials as per the approved process and timely accounting of the same in ERP; Stacking and preservation of materials as per the laid down guidelines and manufacturers instruction manual; Issue of materials to the project as free issue, chargeable and returnable basis as per the procedure; Tracking of Returnable materials; Charging of chargeable materials; Stock taking as per schedules; Ensure security of the materials under custody and safe material handling; Maintaining overall housekeeping of the Stores area in 5S way to ensure quick retrieval of materials; Sending MIS to HO MM as per the schedule (weekly/monthly) & Periodic reconciliation of materials as per SOP.

Handle Site Procurement Activities to Cater all purchase requirements of the Project. To aggregate and make Demand Forecast (3 to 6 months) for all commodities, consumables and spares etc. in coordination with Site Planning Engineer / RCM. Procurement of all Materials & Services in conformance to Site Procurement guidelines / SOPs/ Purchase Processes as per project requirements.
Educational Qualification: BE/B. Tech Civil / Mechanical
Work Experience: 3 years to 12 years in Projects Procurement related to Buildings / Power Plant / Steel Plants / Metro / Highways / Railway Track / Industrial plants, as relevant. Hands on working on ERP (ORACLE)/ SAP is mandatory.

Projects Procurement related to Ferrous / Non Ferrous process plants viz., Steel or Mineral Handling / Processing plants. Hands on working on ERP (ORACLE)/ SAP is mandatory.
Educational Qualification : BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
Work Experience: 3 years to 12 years in Projects Procurement related to Buildings / Power Plant / Steel Plants / Metro / Highways / Railway Track / Industrial plants, as relevant. Hands on working on ERP (ORACLE)/ SAP is mandatory.
