Up to 3 Years of Experience in sales Real Estate
based at site Clint Management, Relationship management, handle end to end sales life-cycle

HR and Admin Executive
5+ Yrs of Experience of HR site in Real Estate
site Administration, time and Attendance, statutory Compliance Management

General Manager - Civil
20+ yrs of Exp.in Real Estate Construction
Presently managing a similar portfolio and leading projects in a similar set -up.
Prior experience in Industrial / Infrastructure Construction is Desirable
you will be required to lead all projects in Pune, strategic project management, project execution co-ordination, budgeting, manage all internal and external stakeholders and familiar with finishing work in real estate, able to work in a fast- paced dynamic environment, familiar with latest construction technologies in real estate business and should be able to achieve absolute customer satisfaction 

Project Manager - Civil 
15+yrs of Experience in real estate, Currently managing high-end construction site independently 
end to end responsibility for project execution within timelines, resource mobilization maintain quality and safety standards
