Engineering support - Project Construction, Resource Mobilization, quality adherence, budgeting cash flow management and strategic project planning, good communication and co-ordination skill with client , architect consultant, contractor and site execution team.

President - Business Development
10 yrs in EPC / Real Estate
Market Analysis & Survey,client & competitor analysis straitening and recommending projects,support the tender cell in preparation of tenders, submitals and presentations, co-ordinate with government authorities for sanction and necessary clearances, pre-bid / post bid meetings.

GM- Quantity Surveyor
Civil Engineer with 6 - 10 yrs Experience
Handling quantities / BOQ Preparations cost estimates, handling contractual issue, rate analysis, billing variation and claim, budget control, physical checks exposure to prima vesa and MS projects would be an Advantage

GM- Tender & Estimation
Civil Engineering with 6 - 10 yrs of Experience
End to End responsibility for tendering and estimation, sourcing of tender to bidding, online submission of tender, e-tendering, sourcing of JV partner, pre and post bid meeting, vetting and finalization of work orders, JV agreements, contracts, quantity survey cost estimation, rate analysis, etc

GM - Projects Management
Civil Engineer with 6 - 10 yrs Experience
Project Management, Planning, execution, billing, quality, adherence, project resource mobilization,
reviving project technical status and making decision to achieve project goals, Prima Vera and MS Projects Working knowledge is must

Manager - PR
4 - 6 yrs Experience
Responsible for public relations and optimizing real estate sales with diverse experience in site marketing / Market Surveys. Excellent communication, networking relationship building and content writing skills, past journalism / mass media background is must

CRM
2- 5 yrs Experience
