Job Description:
Inventory Management
1. Material receive input, Return material input, Material issue to Sub Con, Generating of various reports like detail material balance status in ERP system.
2. To carry out physical stock-taking on perpetual basis for verifying the stock-in-hand.
3. Maintaining & reconciling the material and keeping track with Sub-contractor for all the relevant stock records.
Stores Management
1. Preparing the Storage area layout to store / warehouse for the construction material.
2. Training of local staff for the correct methods of handling, storing and recording materials.
3. Properly arrange Materials in Store / Warehouse to facilitate material handling based on Construction schedule.
4. Inspect materials on receipt against the purchase order to ensure correct materials and quantities had been received.
5. Weekly report to the HQ status of Receipt and issues of Construction material from various vendor and sub Contractor
6. Carrying out 100% physical checks of materials received, checking quantities, cast numbers, grade of materials, documentation, and condition.
7. Organizing Store staff for daily work schedules for the receipt and issue of project material.
8. Report preparation for Material Wastage Report, Material Issue Slip, Stock Control & Weekly Material Status, and Material Receiving Report (MRR) for All Materials.
9. Reporting & Updating the Inventory of all Materials.
10. Preparation of ESDRs & MER Reports, if we received any Exceptional in Material.
11. Mandatory Spare Handover to Client
12. ORACLE Coding of Mandatory Spares.

Note:
- Qualified Graduate Or Diploma
- diploma in Material management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar projects
- Experience of Managing Mechanical items preferably in Oil and Gas projects.
- Overseas experience is mandatory
- Experience of Oracle is must
