Job Description:
  1. Planning and scheduling of work at site; obtaining labor licence from D.L.O; 
  2. Coordinating with client for getting drawings approved.
  3. Ackowledging receipt of materials.
  4. Supervision of works and execution as per drawings and adhering to quality and safety Regulations; and processing of bills of all sub-contractors. 
  5. Coordination and follow up with client for realization of bills; 
  6. Attending review meetings with client
  7. Carry out joint inspection works with client 
  8. Preparation of final bill and submission to client.
  9. Responsible for all security deposits like H.R, Telephone, Labour Licence fee etc; 
  10. Inform D.L.O about closing of our activities; 
  11. Obtain Taking over certificate from client, Store handling, Material Reconciliation.
  12. Graduate Engineer having at least 10-15 years experience in the field of Substation AIS / GIS at site works.OR Diploma having at least 12 - 20 yrs of experience in the field of Substation AIS / GIS at site works.
