Description:

o Overall control, supervision and implementation of Contract quality and technical requirements in an assigned project
o Review and monitor Supplier Quality systems and quality performance
o Review and approval of Supplier Quality Control plan (QCP / ITP), Welding & NDT procedure, Hydrotest and FAT procedure
o Review of vendor technical offer & Participate in pre /post order supplier meetings.
o Liaison with vendor, TPIA and Client / PMC for inspection activities and other matter related to Quality
o Carry out inspection of critical stages of various Rotary items at vendor's/sub vendors works as per ITP/ QCP and other contract documents
o Co-ordination with Vendor /construction site for resolution of non-conformity.
o Reviewing test certificates & providing quality clearance for a product, maintaining quality records
o Provide feedback to PQM on the quality issues
