Job Description:

1. Quality Assurance and Quality Control of Raw Material, Fabrication, Welding, Heat Treatment, Machining. 
2. Familiar with preparation of QAP, QCP 
3. Awareness of QMS system, SQC, Supplier Audit process 
4. Sound knowledge of First Article Inspection & its implementation 
5. Able to prepare Measurement Plan 
6. Sound knowledge National & International standards 
7. Incoming Inspection of all Mechanical items 
8. In process inspection fabricated, Machined items, Assembly, Integrated assembly 
9. Final Inspection of complete systems 
10. Documentation as per QAP 
11. Traceability maintenance 
12. Brief knowledge of standards 
13. Knowledge of NDT Technique LPT, MPT, UT, RT 
14. Exp.Manufacturing Industries as a /QA/QC/ Engineer 
15. Usage of computer, XL, Power point, word, ERP system 
16. Ability to handle Defence customers 
17. Interpretation of Standards 
18. Basic technical knowledge
