Job Description:
1. To ensure completion of the project in time
2. To ensure compliance with quality specification and ISO Procedures.
3. To ensure cost compliance within budget and improved margins.
4. To ensure compliance with safety manual and safety action plan specific to the project.
5. To motivate staff and develop the team.
6. To maintain good customer relations.
7. To maintain good relations with local bodies and surrounding community.
8. To facilitate the preparation of pre start budget and obtain approval.
9. To monitor cost per unit.
10. To control the wastage of all the materials.
11. To identified extra work and obtain approval and payment from Client.
12. To ensure timely and accurate submission of MIS and other reports.
13. To ensure education / training of site personnel regarding safety.
14. To ensure proper records are maintained.
