Job Description:

1. HVAC design contents as assigned
2. Preparation and assisting the Senior Mechanical Design Engineer in the mechanical design calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documents for the design projects.
3. Participation in design progress and design coordination meetings.
4. Liaison and coordination with all applicable Local Authority Departments to obtain approval on projects.
5. Coordination with other AECOM Discipline Engineers as applicable for the continuity of the design projects.
6. 7+ Rich Experience in retail and hospitality medium to large projects.
7. Experience in delivering projects in BIM and relevant discipline software.
8. A minimum 3 years of experience in the international projects and preferably in UK or Middle East
9. To work for the design of the residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors. High rise building experience
10. Experience in the design of the HVAC (Central cooling plant, chilled water piping distribution, District Cooling Systems, Air duct distribution, variable air volume systems, ventilation, DX systems, VRF, etc.)
11. Should be knowledgeable in building design services, associated regulations and technical standards.
12. Experience in the HVAC software (IES, HAP, Trace and Elite), Navisworks, MEP Revit, Excel, Power Point and Word
13. Should have led some of the projects independently and aware about other systems requirements
14. Capable of working on as own initiative, as an overall responsibility and accountability.
15. Effective communication skills.
