Technical Director
Candidates having exp of 20 - 25 years in similar industries
Should be Competent to learn of engineers to develop new projects / Components by mfg, at in house or by outsource
He should be competent to analyze and find out remedial measure for process weakness, various failures process up gradation,

He will be responsible for Technical discussion and negotiation with customer for new projects and same time to work out solution to control mfg.cost
He has to maintain company profitability, customer satisfaction, timely delivery best in class quality and up gradation of team
Asst Works Manager
Candidates of age group 35-40 yrs. with 15 to 20 yrs of exp and minimum qualification should be DME.
Candidates should have through knowledge of manufacturing process of tool room type machine shop have setup of CNC, VMC and controversial machines. Background of product and process development,tooling jig and futures designing, CNC and VMC programming, project planning and monitoring is essential
Should have in depth knowledge of APQA,, PPAP, QMS requirements and statistical technique
He should be capable of setting dynamic target for his team and support to achieve them,
He should be good team builder and leader and have good administration capability to handle team of engineers

Asst Works Manager

He should be team leader, capable of managing of team of engineers and technician
He should be familiar with statistical techniques
He should assure attainment of business objective and production scheduler
He will be re responsible for utilization and efficiency of all mfg process
Asst Manager - Quality Control
Candidates should B.E. / Diploma with 8 to 10 yrs exp in quality departments of medium size precision machining unit.
He should have good knowledge of quality control and quality assurance tools with capability of initiating and implanting corrective and preventive action by process and product failure
Good knowledge of QMS requirements and compliance is essential
Should have good communication skills and ability to co-ordinate with third party inspection agency and customer
Should be well organized and proficient in document maintaining
Responsible for product identification and tractability through documented evidence
He will be responsible for material testing's Inward, in process and final inspections.
Purchase and Vendor Development
DME with Exp of 6 to 8 yrs in Purchasing and vendor development
He should Have Experience in dealing with raw material suppler and to identify various types of job work suppler
Person should have strong negotiation skills and ability to perform activity with targeted time frame
Marketing Engineer - Fabrication
Candidates with 5 to 10 yrs exp. in marketing to fabrication industry
Candidates should be familiar with customer base who deal in pressure vessels, heat exchanges, pressure piping clarifies required for water in fluent plant
Account Cum Admin Assistant
Candidates should be convert Educated B-Com with Exp 2 to 3 yrs for mfg SSI Unit
