Job Description:
o Establish procedures for meeting Health, Safety and Environment standards for project execution

o Implement policies, systems and procedures and ensuring compliance to standards / local regulations through all phases of the Project

o Authorize project-specific deviations to the standard HSE Project Guidelines

o Conduct HSE training program for project team

o Carry out periodic site surveys to ensure:

1. Safe work methods are in operation
2. Health and safety requirements are being observed 
3. Welfare and first aid facilities are adequate and properly maintained 

o Prepare monthly HSE MIS for review by RCM & Project Manager
