Sipra is a Specialized in Mfg of die casting with in house tool room and machine shop, the posts are for Nashik Position
Requirement for Team Leaders to lead a team of 4 to 6 Supervisors / Managers

GM - Process Engineering
B.E - Production or Mechanical Engineering
Having Experience of 15-20 yrs, 

Aluminium die casting exp will support coordination 3 plant heads 

Report to ED

GM- Quality
B.E - Metallurgy / Mechanical
Having Exp 15 - 20 yrs
Knowledge of QA system,MR and ISO / TS
Good customer Communication, 

Will lead a team of 4 QA Managers,
Report To ED

GM - Tooling Engineering
BE and Exp 15 - 20 yrs will organize new equipment, 

Installations planning and plant layout, R&D setup, standardization, trimming tools to replace feting
Will Reduce Material Handling
Reporting to ED

GM - Tooling Engineering
Experience 15 -20 yrs
Design and develop trimming tools
Will organize new equipment installation, planning and plant layout to reduce material handling
Report to ED/ MD

GM - Accounting
B-COM/ M-COM
Having 15-20 yrs Experience in account
Will lead 3 plant accountants who use tally also support stores / Purchase / excise headsFinancial and material Accounting, MIS, Internal audit, Statutory Compliance Including GST, Incentive, Expert in Tally and computerized environment 

Will report to GM-Corporate Account, Mumbai

GM - HR
MBA HR / MPM
Having Experience 15 - 20 yrs
Will lead 3 personnel Managers and develop 100 white Collor and Manage 300 union workers and 200 Contract Employee
