Job Description

1. Strategies procurement plan to ensure cost effective procurement.
2. Ensure compliance of all the commercial aspects of all the projects, including preparation of the budget and its monitoring.
3. Allocation of a job to a project engineer keeping in view his management skills, work load and job understanding.
4. Involves himself in the initial and detailed planning and preparation of procurement, cash flow and execution plans of all the projects.
5. Responsible for continuous enhancement of management skills of project engineers with introduction of statistical techniques, project control and monitoring tools.
6. Takes ownership of QHSE policy, company values and ensures their growth.
7. Assists in making the bids competitive, by providing all the technical and commercial support to marketing.
