Job Description:

1. Engineer ME. 
2. CNC programming. 
3. Prove out of parts on CNC machines with first time right concept. Process improvement & cycle time reduction. 
4. Problem solving & trouble shooting. 
5. Process Planning for new Component. Selection of cutting tools & prove out. Jig & Fixture design & manufacturing. 
6. Feasibility study & time estimation of new parts. APQP & PPAP DOCUMENTATION KNOWLEDGE AS PER ISO 9001:2008. Aviation parts development knowledge is beneficial.
7. Knowledge of SPC, Six Sigma, Quality Systems/ TPM/ Lean/ CNC Programming/ Process documentation as per ISO 9001:2008. 
8. Development of new parts. Tooling & Fixturing. Hands on in AUTOCAD.
