Job Description:
1) Plan and schedule a project by development of WBS, baseline schedule using Primavera or MSP. Identify the project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets.
2) Progress measurement using S curves, Productivity tracking & trend analysis.
Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly reports with respect to review of the overall project.
3) Prepare and maintain package work plans and monitor progress to achieve on time or earlier deliveries to keep the project on schedule.
4) Tracking and maintain scope changes of project key parameters for Civil, Piping; Structural Steel; Mechanical Equipments, E&I and its effect on the overall project schedule
5) Estimation resources and develop a resource mobilisation plan across entire project duration. Knowledge about standard productivity norms for all key parameters in the project to estimate the manhours required for the project.
6) Ensure that project controls documents such as resources histogram, schedules, reporting systems, material controls systems, etc. are fully developed by the designated personnel and reviewed by Construction Management and that Engineering and Procurement interfaces are properly addressed.
7) Budget Monitoring & Estimation of Cost to Completion as per current trend of the project.
8) Preparation Executive Progress Summary Report / Presentations to the Top Management on Project Status for periodical review.
Interact with Project Manager & PCM & issue project MIS to Client & H.O. on daily; weekly & monthly basis.
9) Expertise in MSP, Primavera & MS office.
10) Knowledge about project management principles.
11) Ability to work independently and decisive and take quick action
