Job Description:

1. Thorough knowledge and experience in Handling Contractual (Pre-Tender, Post-Tender & Operational) matters / issues, Implementation of contractual clauses, handling of claims & related issues, arbitration matters.
2. Should have good knowledge Indian Contract.
3. Prepare and submit Handing over Letters including all the necessary contractual documents.
4. Follow up with the Clients for the Substantial and Final Completion Certificates, Taking Over notice.
5. Ensure to collect all the Bond/Insurances/ Bank Guarantees from the Owner Sub-Contractor Management System, Floating Tender, Vendor Management, Legal, Dispute management, Post Contract Activities, Supporting Bidding Team, Adopting HSE Policy in all contract agreements.
6. Preparation of Contracts / Tenders, Technical verification of Bills, Preparation of BOQS, Negotiation with vendors and rate Finalization, Preparation of work orders, Market analysis. Contract Documentation, ERP Liasoning, Construction
7. Proficient in English, Hindi & Kannada.
