Job Description:

1. Preparing of CMA, bank follow up reports for getting term loans and working capital loan.
2. Renewal of WC limits.
3. Preparation of budgets and MIS.
4. Preparation of Financial Statements and Audit reports.
5. Organize Banks’s consortium meeting, preparation of related documents.
6. In charge of providing Financial Statement for all subsidiary companies and JV companies for the purpose of consolidation of accounts.
7. Verification of loan documents, sanction letters and organize all board resolutions for availing credit.
8. Work with Company Secretary to organize Board Meeting and preparation of PPT presentation for Board Meetings.
9. In charge of providing project information to investors, tenders and any other related persons.
