Job Description:

1. Excellent analytical ability and capable to handle pressures, commitment & dedication towards accomplishment of the assigned tasks within time frame to contribute significantly to highly challenging project, using effective techniques, suitable conceptualization with my knowledge, skills and sincerity. 
2. Willing to work efficiently and effectively to provide value to employer for reaching organizational goals.
3. Cross check/Verification of monthly bills and Ensure contractual compliance by contractors/sub-contractors and making all consolidated xls sheet.
4. Fulfillment of performance parameters as per Contract and settlement of technical deviations from Contract, Draft letter Write and issue to Contractors.
5. Documentation and record keeping, Scope change orders/ MOM issued to Contractor & Checking of Statutory Compliances & Tracking of materials issued to sub-contractors and consumption & periodic reconciliation of materials.
